Vai correr tudo bem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O 50\u00ba anivers\u00e1rio do 25 de abril de 1974 foi o pretexto perfeito para a emerg\u00eancia da CHAIMITE enquanto marca de cerveja artesanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Cerveja CHAIMITE nasceu a celebrar o 25 de abril de 1974!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pretendemos, tamb\u00e9m, exaltar o ve\u00edculo militar de fabrico portugu\u00eas, conhecido pelo nome CHAIMITE, como um dos s\u00edmbolos de liberdade e do 25 de Abril de 1974, assim como, o papel dos militares nele envolvidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A CERVEJA CHAIMITE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"paixao\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">O NASCER DA PAIX\u00c3O PELA CERVEJA<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No final da d\u00e9cada de 90, Hugo frequentava o Ensino Secund\u00e1rio e, tamb\u00e9m, um antigo bistr\u00f4 bar na vila de Sintra \u2013 o \u201c\u00d3pera prima\u201d, que tinha como propriet\u00e1rio um belga. O bistr\u00f4 bar \u201c\u00d3pera prima\u201d, sendo de um belga, tinha uma grande sele\u00e7\u00e3o de cervejas belgas dispon\u00edveis. Foi neste bar que Hugo descobriu, na companhia do amigo Samuel, que havia um mundo maravilhoso para al\u00e9m das cervejas nacionais, da Carlsberg e da Tuborg. O prazer de beber fant\u00e1sticas cervejas belgas, com jazz ao vivo e em boa companhia ficaria cristalizado na sua mem\u00f3ria. Atualmente este bar tem outra ger\u00eancia e a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de Xentra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passados uns bons anos, algures entre 2013 e 2015, Hugo fica fascinado quando v\u00ea no Youtube um v\u00eddeo de David Th\u00f6rnqvist que mostra a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma receita feita numa panela el\u00e9trica Braumeister. Estes v\u00eddeos, a maioria deles j\u00e1 adquiridos pela Speidel, podem ser vistos no Youtube. O interesse pelo fabrico de cerveja artesanal teve assim o seu in\u00edcio. Neste per\u00edodo, Hugo visita as antigas instala\u00e7\u00f5es da &#8220;Lx brewery&#8221; &#8211; a primeira cervejeira artesanal que conhece in loco. Tendo a honra de ter visita guiada pelo pr\u00f3prio Gon\u00e7alo Santana, que dispensa apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, Hugo fica impressionado com aquele ambiente e com a Braumeister de 200L, principalmente por ver este equipamento numa sala t\u00e3o ex\u00edgua. Qualquer pessoa que conheceu o antigo espa\u00e7o da Lx brewery decerto imaginou a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o daquela sala num \u201cbanho turco\u201d digno de um aut\u00eantico SPA cervejeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 anos passados sobre as memor\u00e1veis provas de cerveja belga no bistr\u00f4 bar \u201c\u00d3pera prima\u201d, Hugo, j\u00e1 com 38 anos, faz a 16 de julho de 2016 o seu primeiro lote de cerveja, num workshop com v\u00e1rios outros aprendizes cervejeiros, entre eles o amigo Pedro. Esta experi\u00eancia e os primeiros ensinamentos s\u00e3o devidos ao mestre cervejeiro Jo\u00e3o Teixeira, detentor da marca Cerveja du Mato, ao qual Hugo est\u00e1 e estar\u00e1 eternamente agradecido. Neste dia foi feita uma Belgium pale ale fant\u00e1stica e, desde ent\u00e3o, Hugo desenvolveu um gosto particular pela elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de estilos de cerveja belga, nomeadamente, as dubel e as bruine. Para tal, a Chaimite contou com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o da Cervejeira artesanal Hopsin, de Sintra, \u00e0 qual tem muito a agradecer, em particular, ao S\u00e9rgio Pardal, por ter aceite o desafio de produzir o lote inaugural da Cerveja Chaimite e ter ajudado a criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es para o seu lan\u00e7amento.
